BY COMPLETING THE ENROLLMENT PROCESS AND PAYING THE MEMBERSHIP FEE, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS MEMBER AGREEMENT, JUST AS IF YOU HAD SIGNED THE MEMBER AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THIS MEMBER AGREEMENT, PLEASE DO NOT COMPLETE THE ENROLLMENT PROCESS.

You agree to be of legal age in your country to partake in this membership program, and in all the cases your minimal age must be 18 years.

This Web site (the "Web site") is offered to you (hereinafter referred to as "Member") conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of this Web site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices. The right to use this Web site and any other product or service offered by JVInvestorClub.Com ("JV"), is personal to Member and is not transferable by assignment, sublicense, or any other method to any other person or entity.

MEMBER INFORMATION

Member shall provide JV with accurate, complete, and updated information as to his or her real name and a valid email address provided by Member at registration. In each case, failure to do so shall constitute a breach of this agreement.

No member may (i) select or use a username or email address of another person with the intent to impersonate that person or entity; (ii) use a username or email address subject to the rights of any person other than Member without authorization; (iii) use a username in violation of the intellectual property rights of any person; or (iv) use a username that JV, at its sole discretion, deems offensive.

PASSWORD DISCLOSURE

Member acknowledges that his or her right to use this Web site and other products or services offered by JV is unique or specific to Member and is not transferable by assignment, sublicense, or any other method to any other person or entity. Any attempt to transfer Member's right to use this Web site is void and shall constitute a breach of this Agreement.

Member shall take any and all actions necessary to maintain the privacy of his or her password. In the event Member has reason to believe that a third party has access to Member's account, Member shall promptly change their account password and, if any such problem persists, notify JV.

PERSONAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL USE LIMITATION

This Web site is for Member's personal and non-commercial use. Member may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from this Web site.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

JV will not share or sell information regarding its clients and/or prospective clients. JV may disclose to regulatory agencies and law enforcement authorities information regarding the client and client's transactions in response to a request for such information or in response to a court order.

COOKIES

JV may receive and store certain types of information whenever a consumer uses the Site. The Site may employ the use of "cookies" to enhance the functionality of the Site and to make transactions and other activities more convenient and efficient for Users. JV is neither an investment advisory service nor an investment advisor. We are not investment advisors and do not purport to tell people, or suggest to people, what they should buy or sell for themselves.
Member will receive weekly or monthly lists of investment opportunities that fit member's investment criteria. Member as an investor should always check with their licensed financial advisor, including their tax advisor, to determine the suitability of any investment. All investors are encouraged to fully investigate any security before making an investment. Investors should obtain annual reports and other company information to complete their own due diligence in any investment.
JV nor anyone affiliated with JV is responsible for any investment decision made.
JV has made all reasonable efforts to ensure that all information provided on its own Web site on the Internet is accurate at the time of inclusion; however, there may be inadvertent and occasional errors for which JV apologizes.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE SETTLEMENT

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada (USA). By purchasing JV membership, you understand and agree that should any disputes arise, you will resolve them through arbitration rather than the court system. You also agree that before taking any action to contact a third party arbitrator, you will first contact JV by e-mail in an effort to resolve the conflict before any third party is ever involved.

JV FREE FROM LIABILITY

By purchasing JV membership, you understand and agree that JV shall not be liable to member or any third party for any loss of investments arising out of the use of any 3rd party investment opportunities that were introduced by JV. JV is not liable for any investments you make that are not direct with JV. Example, JV will not be liable if you lend money to a XYZ company that was introduced by JV.

INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES

As a member you will have access to various investment opportunities. Some investment opportunities are private transactions and not available to the general public and are opened only to the qualified members of JV.
As a private transaction, the programs are exempt from the US Securities Act of 1933, the US Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the US Investment Company Act of 1940 and all other rules, regulations and amendments thereof. We are not FDIC insured. We are not a licensed bank or a security firm.
You agree that all information, communications, materials coming from JV are unsolicited and must be kept private, confidential and protected from any disclosure. Moreover, the information, communications and materials contained herein are not to be regarded as an offer, nor a solicitation for investments in any jurisdiction which deems non-public offers or solicitations unlawful, nor to any person to whom it will be unlawful to make such offer or solicitation.

All the data giving by a member to JV will be only privately used and not disclosed to any third parties. JV is not responsible or liable for any loss of data.

You agree to hold all principals and members harmless of any liability. You are investing at your own risk and you agree that a past performance is not an explicit guarantee for the same future performance. You agree that all information, communications and materials you will find on this site are intended to be regarded as an informational and educational matter and not an investment advice.

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time and at our sole discretion without notice, especially in order to respect the integrity and security of the members' interests. You agree that it is your sole responsibility to review the current terms.

JV is not responsible or liable for any damages, losses and costs resulting from any violation of the conditions and terms and/or use of our website by a member. You guarantee to JV that you will not use this site in any illegal way and you agree to respect your local, national and international laws.

MEMBER SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT JV IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER THIRD PARTIES, MEMBERS, OR OTHER USERS OF THE SITE AND THAT THE RISK OF INJURY FROM THE FORGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH EACH MEMBER.

B. IN NO EVENT WILL JV OR ANY PERSON OR ENTITY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, OR DISTRIBUTING THIS WEB SITE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS OR TRADING LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS WEB SITE OR OUT OF THE BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY. JV DOES NOT ENDORSE, WARRANT, OR GUARANTEE ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE OFFERED BY A THIRD PARTY THROUGH THIS WEB SITE AND WILL NOT BE A PARTY TO OR IN ANY WAY MONITOR ANY TRANSACTION BETWEEN MEMBER AND THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. SPAM POLICY

We will not tolerate SPAM or any type of UCE in this program. SPAM violators will be immediately and permanently removed from the program. The violator may be charged up to $10,000 fine.
SPAM violator is anyone using e-mail, IM, mailing lists, message boards, telephone or fax as a way to advertise this website. We track all traffic and incoming links that arrive at our website.

CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

We may amend this agreement from time to time and we may use visitor information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in this agreement. If our information practices change at some time in the future or if we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information, we will post the policy changes prominently to our website to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt-out of these new uses.
