What is JVInvestorClub.Com?
JVInvestorClub.Com is a program that offers joint ownership opportunities to anyone who wants to earn high return and own piece of property or business without worrying about mortgage payments, taxes, tenants, or advertising. You contribute 1%-30% down payment and receive up to 55% ownership in a property or business. The minimum annual ROI (Return On Investment) you can make is 10% and there is no max. We’ve received deals where ROI is as high as 380% per year which was a big oil drilling acquisition in Texas, USA.

I wish to join JVInvestorClub.Com, what must I do?
You need to sign up and pay the membership fee of $100.

Do I invest with JVInvestorClub.Com?
No. JVInvestorClub.Com does not acquire properties or business. JVInvestorClub.Com provides list of joint ownership opportunities that we receive from our financial partners who have borrowers in need of partnerships.

What type of opportunities will I receive?
JVInvestorClub.Com receives partnership requests for following:
-Residential 1-4 units
-Commercial Real Estate Properties
-Businesses (with/out Real Estate)
-NNN Lease Properties
-Foreclosure/REO purchases 20 to 50 cents on the dollar
-Tax Lien purchases pennies on the dollar


Will I be on the title of the property?
Yes. As a co-owner you'll be on the title and trust deed. In some cases on the mortgage also where required.



What’s included in the membership fee?
-We guarantee at least 10 offers within 30 days and 60 offers within 12 months.
-We also provide educational material on joint ownership and how it works.
-We provide sample copies of agreements that are needed.
-We provide 24/7 e-mail support if you have any questions regarding joint ownership and how to structure it.


How long is the membership?
Right now we’re offering 1 year membership for $100. After 1 year your membership will be free for as long as our program is running.



Is the membership fee refundable?
No.



Can you give me an example of transaction and how it works?
Borrower purchasing property for $1MM with annual NOI $128,000.
Borrower gets loan of $800,000 6.5% 30 year $60,678.47 annual
Borrower puts $100,000 down payment 55% ownership
You put $100,000 down payment for 45% ownership
After mortgage $67,321.52 is net left to be split between owners
You get (45%) $30,294.68 which is about 30% ROI


How can I change my email address or password?
Log into your www.jvinvestorclub.com account and click on Account Information. From there you can change your email address and password.

What if I can't log into my account because I forgot my password?
Click link, type your username or e-mail and you'll receive your account information.

How can I change my password?
You can change your Password directly from your members area by editing it on your personal profile.
